Job Scope:
- Design and develop mechanical and electrical systems for buildings and infrastructure
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for M&E projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment
- Prepare technical specifications and project documentation
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Perform site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and manage budgets effectively
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/Degree/ in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent professional qualification
- Proficient in BIM software and AUTOCAD will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of leading CSD/SEM coordination, design interface, coordination for construction of transit project, chair and lead coordination meeting.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience and at least 1 LTA MRT underground projects after tertiary education in related fields for construction supervision of similar scale and complexity.
