Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for streamlining operations, enhancing user productivity, and improving the overall user experience.
- Work closely with Technology and Quality Assurance teams to ensure each release meets quality standards and is operationally ready during UAT reviews.
- Monitor and track the progress of projects, issues, and action items.
- Assist in the development and upkeep of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and escalate risks or issues during execution and follow up on actionable items and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
- Oversee daily execution of change management activities, including communication campaigns, training programs, content creation, and stakeholder engagement workshops to ensure business readiness and foster adoption.
- Any other ad-hoc duries as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Experience in digital transformation project management and executive roels
- Strong stakeholder management skills
