Executive (Japanese Marketing)
Job Description
1.1 Take charge of new & existing Japanese Clients of Overseas Travel Accident Insurance (OTAI) and Overseas Travel Accident Plus (OTAP)
- Customer Support Servicing
- Prepare & process Quotation, issuing renewal notice
1.2 Take charge of new & existing Japanese related clients both corporates and individuals.

- Prepare & process Quotation, issuing renewal notice
1.3 To ensure regular visits to corporate client’s premises at least once a year or more as to make sure client’s demand/need as well as to enhance relationship with clients
1.4 To quote any risks following underwriting decision
1.5 To review all renewal policies & to recommend new cover (if any) and to improve cover if necessary
1.6 To review coverage and rates for unfavourable loss ratio clients, and to take necessary measures together with Claim Division timely when needed
1.7 To follow-up all renewals to ensure policies are being renewed
1.8 To co-ordinate with internal divisions on documents, claims and other matters
1.9 To attend to all client’s enquiry & complaints
1.10 To assist & attend to queries from the subordinates on administrative issues
1.11 To assist in premium collection within 60days premium warranty period
1.12 To prepare reports for marketing committee meeting
1.13 To ensure that all documentations comply with the COP standards
1.14 To take care of IT related issues when needed
1.15 Proper instruction and training to officers and admin assistants
1.16 Any other marketing duties assigned by assistant managers and above
1.17 To support Japanese Expats requests which are related to using Japanese language (including communication between Japan HQ) when needed
EDUCATION / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
Certification in Baisc Insurance Concepts and Principle (BCP), Commercial General Insurance (CGI), Personal General Insurance (PGI), Health Insurance (HI) is required
EXPERIENCE & ANY SPECIFIC SKILLS SET REQURED
Communicating and liaising with Japanese clients and Japan HQ is required as part of the job scope. Therefore, proficiency in Japanese is required.
