In this position as an Broking Support Specialist, you will be reporting to the HOD of the International Property team and work alongside with a small team of Brokers and Account Executives. The ideal incumbent will be expected to liaise with 3rd party cedents and be involved in client's renewals, mid-term adjustments, generating broking slips, generating reports and processing of broking documents.

The ideal incumbent will be expected to ensure transactions are conducted with full transparency, maintaining accurate records and dealing with correspondence appropriately.

Experience and skills required

  • 1+ years of experience in administration/policy support/underwriting assistant/claims support
  • Excellent follow up skills and good administration skills
  • Candidates from both life or non-life sector are welcome to apply
  • Strong administrative skills and fast learner
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeline
