THE ROLE
The incumbent's main responsible in leading successful marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
This role will be working closely with merchandising team, ops team and area managers to ensure seamless & efficient communications as well as support operational needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing
- Build, lead and set priorities/ direction for the Marketing Communication Division
- Review company's brand positioning to strengthen brand presence and customer's relationship
- Monitor store outlets and competitor's presence to improve company's marketing performance
- Strategize and execute annual marketing strategy, budget and deliverables
- Manage Advertising and Promotions calendar and day to day in-house production activities.
- Provide art direction, copy-write and proof read all marketing collateral
- Manage and integrate marketing mix, above and below-the-line advertising and promotions
- Digital marketing and social media management
- Render support to Sales and Operations Department to generate ROI
- Ensure corporate identity guidelines of the brand across all areas of marketing communications are adhered to
- Establish and liaise with external vendors: suppliers, contractors, partners, advertising, media buying and event agencies
- Generate marketing reports for management to review
- Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by Management
Sales
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the overarching business objectives
- Oversee the strategizing, execution, and refinement of digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Set direction, review progress and making mid-course corrections
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/International Marketing
- Min 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in managerial level Hands-on e-commerce and digital marketing experience
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player, and able to multitask.
- Well verse in strategic planning, managing, and executing marketing projects or campaigns
