Job Description:
- Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
- Carry out maintenance, trouble shooting and repair for unplanned equipment breakdown.
- Monitor equipment performance and fine tune equipment to the best operating conditions.
- Carry out all associated maintenance work (e.g., configuration, dismantling and re-instatement, servicing, calibration etc.) during plant turnaround.
- Execute plant modifications and supervise contractor during the execution phase.
- Any ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by supervisor / plant management.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as calibration tasks.
- Basic report writing skills for post-servicing documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Keen on continuous improvement.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
