Job Scope:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams for accurate integration
- Create and manage 3D models of structural components for building projects
- Utilize BIM software to develop detailed models of steel and concrete structures
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts
- Maintain and update model data throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare construction documentation and drawings
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on design feasibility
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Civil & Structural
- At least 2 Year(s) of relevant experience in C&S, Reinforcement/Architectural BIM Models related projects.
- Well versed in Revit
- Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner.
- Knowledge in Bently Open Building Designer, Dynamo will have an added advantage.
