Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Transfer of the deceased to and fro from different locations (place of death, care centre, crematorium) in a caring and compassionate manner
- Preparing the departed for a burial or cremation, including placing them in coffins and preparing them for viewings (both in-house and external venues)
- Liaison with Funeral Directors and Vendors to set up and tear down funeral at funeral venue in a timely manner, including loading and unloading of stocks
- Work closely with entire funeral operations team and assist funeral directors to ensure that wake and funeral services run smoothly and as planned, including guiding the family through the process
- Take responsibility for the general running, tidiness and cleanliness of the vehicles, warehouse and work area premise, including loading and unloading of stocks
- Ensure that necessary paperwork is carried out in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

- Physically fit and have relevant experience in manual work
- Preferably Class 3 Driver's License in good standing and acceptable driving record
- Good team player and pleasant personality
