Job Description:-
1. Provide customers service which includes order taking, enquiries, quotation, order entry and coordinate with all other departments to ensure customers' requirements are met and followed up.
2.Attend to customers' complaints and ensure they are properly and efficiently addressed.
3. Collate and present information based on customers' feedback or issues encountered at work to superior for review and rectification.
4. Ensure standard procedure are observed and carry out any ad-hoc assignments.
5. Ensure all tasks assigned are handled safely confirming to the Health and Safety Act and other safety regulations as stipulated within the organisation.
6. Create Invoices for all sales order supplied.
7. Co-ordinate and ensure all delivery orders issued are being signed and returned for invoicing.
8. Preparation of delivery ordres which include sorting machining job sheets & to match cutting instructions which are pending for machining, execute out-bounced delivery for printing of delivery orders.
9. Prepare export shipment document, follow up shipping document for GST compliance.
10. Any other duties as and when assigned by the division/management.
Job Requirement:-
a) Academic Qualification : GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
b) Skills & Knowledge : Personal computer proficiency, Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, posses good communication, organization and follow-up. Able to work within minimum supervision. Prior SAP experience will have added advantage.
c) Experience in related : At least 1 years’ experience in similar capacity.
