Responsibilities:
- Month/Year-End Close & Compliance: Ensure timely completion of close activities (e.g., accruals) and compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.
- Financial Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze operating revenue, expenses, capital expenditure, and cost drivers; prepare and present financial performance, forecasts, and budget variances with actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with divisions and project teams on monthly forecasts, annual/revised budgets, and funding requests; present and recommend adjustments for stakeholder approval.
- Business Partnership: Provide financial insights to support decision-making, maintain strong relationships, and stay updated on business developments through ongoing engagement.
- Ad Hoc Analysis & Support: Conduct special projects, monitor key cost drivers, and support financial reporting (e.g., quarterly and end-of-project reporting) as required.
Requirements:
- Possesses a Degree in Accountancy/ACCA with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in Finance Business Partner roles and technology companies.
- Has excellent presentation, storytelling, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; strong business acumen and ability to manage stakeholders effectively across all levels.
- Adept at thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments while driving change initiatives.
