Salary up to $5,500
We are seeking a proactive and service-driven individual to execute IT initiatives and ensure operational excellence within the IT systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting requirements analysis, performing technical assessments, managing projects, deploying solutions, and overseeing the operation and management of IT solutions and IT Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect user requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Partner with internal technical teams and vendors to develop comprehensive technical solutions and define key performance indicators for success.
- Manage project and change processes to ensure solutions meet technical, functional, performance, and business objectives.
- Oversee 24/7 operations, maintenance, compliance, and renewal of IT systems to support daily operations, with a preference for candidates familiar with industry best practices.
- Review, optimize, and continuously improve business and IT processes.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Project Management certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of Networking, System Administration, and Cybersecurity is an advantage.
- At least two years of relevant experience in technical domains and the industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in project management.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills to effectively convey and demonstrate solutions to stakeholders.
- Strong team player with a high level of responsibility and problem-solving ability. Self-motivated and proactive in approach.
