Job Scope:
· Assist to carry out daily routine care in a manner that is and consistent with good infant development principles
· Ensure the safety of infants through constant supervision, effective arrangement of space, and proper maintenance of equipment
· Provide experiences that promote individual expression through conversation, play, and creative interaction
· Assist in developing schedules and routines ensuring physical activity, rest, and playtime
· Observing, assessing, and documenting each assigned child’s health, skills, behavior, growth, and development
· Assist in completing bi-annual assessment of children's development
· Assist in reporting progress of children to parents in bi-annual reports and through parent-teacher conferences
· Assist to maintain daily open communication with parents
· Maintain a safe and healthy environment
· Inspect and replace damaged or lost materials
· Attend internal or external training organised by company
· Attend monthly meeting in the evening
