Join us as the Senior Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue goals, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent sales and leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
