Job Description
A. Transplant Coordinator
- Facilitate renal transplant programme
- Provide secretariate support for the committee
- Prepare potential transplant cases
B. Clinical Risk Management
- Active involvement in quality improvement and patient safety related activities.
- Work with risks and process owners across departments to identify risks and ensure the risks are prioritized, mitigated, monitored, managed and escalated in a timely manner.
- Understand and integrate data from various sources such as incident reporting, serious reportable events and clinical complaints as part of clinical risk
- Investigate and handle clinical complaints, and update the management on the investigation and proposed action/recommendations
C. Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless secretarial support for, Blood Transfusion and Committee, OT & Tissue Review Committee.
- Management of leave coverage for doctors, on-call manpower deployment
- Assist and conduct Internal Quality Audits.
- Assist with MOH re-licensing Inspection
- Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Nursing (ICU / High Dependency Unit experience)
- At least 2- 3 years’ working experience.
- Strong critical/analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and resilience to perform well under pressure.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Team player as well as able to work independently
- Meticulous and able to multitask
