Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled PEGA Developer to join our dynamic team! As a PEGA Developer, you will work on the PEGA Rule Process Commander (PRPC) platform to design, develop, and optimize applications, ensuring they align with business needs and objectives. If you have hands-on experience with PEGA, a strong understanding of the SDLC, and the ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions efficiently, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
· Work with the Project Team to understand project requirements and translate them into application features.
Collaboration:
· Partner with the team to set specifications for new applications, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
Application Debugging:
· Troubleshoot and debug applications as required to ensure smooth functionality and performance.
Application Enhancement:
· Evaluate existing applications for reprogramming, updates, and the addition of new features.
Requirements Assessment:
· Collaborate with business process owners/SMEs to assess capabilities and identify high-level user requirements.
Define Metrics & Goals:
· Work with project managers, architects, and SMEs to define key metrics and performance goals for process optimization.
Transition Support:
· Assist in transitioning requirements and use cases to the development team.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
PEGA Knowledge:
· Solid understanding of PEGA Rule Process Commander (PRPC) and Care Management Framework.
PEGA Certification:
· CSA (Certified System Architect) certification is preferred.
SDLC Experience:
· Knowledge of executing project releases on the PEGA PRPC BPM platform throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Basic PEGA Experience:
· Minimum basic experience with PEGA development required.
Troubleshooting & Debugging:
· Ability to identify issues and provide solutions for application performance and functionality.
