COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, offer letters, contracts, and onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates via job boards, social media, and online platforms.
- Review resumes and short-list candidates based on qualifications.
- Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, in-person) and support the selection process.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and internal recruitment activities.
- Oversee work pass applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate pre-employment medical exams with clinics and healthcare providers.
HR Training & Support Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document management, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Assist with HR projects, employee engagement activities, and internal surveys.
- Help assess training needs and assist in developing professional development programs.
- Coordinate training schedules with internal and external providers.
- Manage HR database and filing systems, ensuring accuracy of employee records and training materials.
- Administer HR grants and funding programs to support training and development.
General HR Assistance:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR functions.
- Provide clerical support to HR executives, preparing documents and handling correspondence.
- Organize HR-related meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management (or a related field) is required.
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in recruitment or training administration is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- 5 days' work week.
- Work Location: North (with company transportation provided at Woodlands and Kranji MRT Station)
