Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
Working hours:
*Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
*Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
*To attend to enquiries including walk-in, call-in and follow up with customers’ enquiries;
*To attend and keep a record of sick/injured students;
*To manage incoming and outgoing mails
*To assist in receiving and distribution of goods;
*To assist in filing, recording of lost-and-found items and perform other ad-hoc and simple administrative duties as and when necessary
Qualification, Skill & Experience:
*‘N’ / ‘O’ Level;
*Is able to speak English and Mandarin;
*Possess a pleasant personality and ability to provide front desk services including phone enquiries;
*Able to use Microsoft Office software applications;
*Should preferably have similar working experience in a school environment.
