Role Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth for venue decorating services, with a focus on corporate clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base within the festive events market.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present, promote, and sell our festive decoration services, including design proposals for event spaces, Christmas trees, Chinese New Year decorations, and more.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (designers and project managers) to ensure smooth execution of events and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Festive department.
- Stay updated on industry trends, festive decoration trends, and competitor activities to keep our services competitive and relevant.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Handle client inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close deals efficiently.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, ideally within event management or festive decorations.
- Strong knowledge of festive event coordination, especially Christmas and Chinese New Year events in Singapore.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexible with consistent change.
- Familiarity with the local market and festive customs in Singapore.
- Prior experience in handling corporate clients and large-scale events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
