Responsibilities
- Responsible for anchoring recruitment strategy and activities, including quality delivery of essential HR services (EVP, recruitment outreach, platforms, institutions etc.)
- Serve as talent partner to key business divisions, working closely with business stakeholders to support business expansion
- Implement talent acquisition activities across all platforms, including recruitment project and partner management
- Lead and facilitate country initiatives, including establishment of candidate supply channels, SOPs, policies etc.
- Champion employee engagement and Company culture initiatives, reinforcement of internal communication and employee relations
- Analyse trends/metrics and establishment of data dashboard; developing integrated solutions value-added analytics
Requirements
- Proven experience of 3 to 7 years as a talent acquisition or HR generalist, in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma in human resources or equivalent
- Enterprising mindset and approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong network and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of industry, recruitment trends and developments
- Team player, with a keen eye on details
