Job Descriptions:
- Lead and drive fundraising initiatives that align with the company’s strategic growth goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Min 10 years experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to lead and mentor finance teams.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data.
- Ability to contribute to business strategy and assess financial risks.
- Clear communication of complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
