We are seeking a Product Support Specialist with exceptional communication and customer service skills to join our team.
Responsibilities:
As a Product Support Specialist, your duties will include:
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers.
- Providing technical support via phone and email, ensuring prompt responses and resolutions.
- Delivering outstanding customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns professionally.
- Collaborating with operations for invoicing and finance downpayment transactions.
- Sharing product knowledge, brand policies, and processes to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Conducting product testing and evaluation (technical and product training will be provided).
- Coordinating with third-party technicians to resolve customer technical issues.
- Performing post-repair product testing and demonstrations to ensure customers understand proper usage.
- Working closely with third-party warehouse and logistics providers to arrange deliveries.
- Managing service parts, accessories, and product inventory.
- Assisting the Product Manager with weekly inventory, sales, and service reports.
