Job Responsibilities:
● Handling day-to-day operation issues (Conduct weekly stores/outlet visit).
● Operating of a store when not conducting outlet inspections.
● Manage and supervise 5 stores or more and staffs under your care.
● Lead, train and motivate team to achieve sales targets with high service standards and strong team work
● Manpower control (Rostering), ensure sufficient manpower at stores/outlets at all time.
● Review staffs ability and performance. Identify candidates for career advancement to the management.
● Track and update staff’s probation and prepare relevant documents for confirmation.
● Ensure brand image is always strictly adhere according to the company guidelines.
● Ensure high standard of customer service is executed constantly.
● Understand company brands and product descriptions.
● Inventory Management and merchandise display.
● Monthly Closing Sales Figures.
● Setting up of NEW stores/outlets as and when required.
● Packing of stores/outlets whenever necessary during closure/renovation works etc.
● Rectification of any other issues in regard to POS/Memberships/Link and/or fittings & fixtures of stores/outlets, VMD, system, etc.
Requirements:
● Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or 3-5 years of experiences in similar position in related industry.
● Strong leadership experience in building, managing and coaching a team to achieve targets.
● Proven retail operation and sales achievement in managing multiple stores at the same time will be advantageous.
● Sales oriented and possess upselling skill.
