Our client, in the Technology consulting industry, currently has a need to hire a HR and Admin Executive to assist them with day-to-day HR operations scope.
The Role
Reporting to the HR manager, you will be tasked with day to day HR operations activities such as recruitment from posting of job ads to preparation of employment contracts, onboarding process, application of passes (if required), conducting orientation, overseeing insurance inception process, etc. You will also be required to handle payroll processing, CPF submission, tax submission and government leave claims. Other responsibilities include employee engagement activities such as planning of company events.
Your Profile
You should have a degree in HR or business administration and bring along with you a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the relevant capacity. You should have knowledge of payroll processing and are well versed with the employment act. You have good interpersonal and communication skills, are a team player and are detailed oriented.
