Responsibilities:
- Implement, operate, and maintain application infrastructure services aligned with business needs and government policies.
- Translate business requirements into infrastructure design meeting availability, capacity, resiliency, security, and continuity goals.
- Forecast budgets for projects and maintenance.
- Work with service providers to develop and deploy IT infrastructure, ensuring confidentiality, availability, and data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with agency IT policies and standards.
- Manage day-to-day infrastructure service delivery and support.
- Collaborate with government agencies to deliver application services.
Experience & Skills:
- Degree or Diploma in IT or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years (Engineer) or 5 years (Senior Engineer) of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in at least 1 full project life cycle (Engineer) or 3 life cycles (Senior Engineer).
- Strong strategic, customer-focused mindset and ability to address business challenges.
- Team player with organizational and communication skills.
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred.
