Roles & Responsibilities
- General administrative work, including data entry, filing.
- Assist in preparing incoming and outgoing letters, mail, and sorting out mailers, bills, etc.
- Admin cum Accounts Assistant is responsible for maintaining the financial records and providing administration support for the smooth flow of the company.
- Able to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties whenever assigned.
- Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs.
- Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash.
- Managing incoming shipment
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Min 1-2years of relevant working experience
- Educational qualification in Accounting or relevant
- Fresh accounting graduates welcome to apply. Work experience or internship in accounts field will be an added advantage
