We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to lead and collaborate on the development and implementation of a scalable Agile System across our Group.
- Contribute to the development of the Agile strategy and priorities for Group, including defining the roadmap, adaptation strategy, and principles for cultivating an Agile culture.
- Support the design and implementation of the Agile target operating model and beyond.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Group to tailor the Agile framework to meet specific business needs.
- Advise and guide teams and stakeholders in adopting and implementing Agile practices within their respective areas.
- Assist in crafting and executing effective change management strategies and plans to drive the success of strategic programs and the adoption of Agile methodologies.
- Execute change management initiatives related to Agile adoption.
- Work closely with various stakeholders across the bank to ensure the effective implementation and tracking of change management activities.
- Support stakeholders in addressing challenges and resolving issues during the Agile implementation journey.
