Your key responsibilities will include:
- Attend to patient enquiries over the counter to provide information on clinic services
- Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines
- Liaise with medical teams and patients in making appointments across different medical specialities / clinics within the Group
- Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks when required
- Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctor's review and follow up
- Perform daily billings and accurate transactions, including closing of accounts
Job requirements
- Minimum ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 – 2 years of working experience in clinic settings preferred
- Meticulous and organised, able to multi-task and work in teams
- Good customer service and front-line skills
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Computer literate, ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and manage patient registration
- Must be able to commit to shift work including working weekends / public holiday on a rostered / staggered shift hours
