Inventory Management:
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.
• Monitor inventory movement, implement stock control processes, and track forecast accuracy.
Supplier Coordination:
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials by closely monitoring supplier performance and resolving any issues.
Order Processing:
• Manage order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and report on key supply chain metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports for management on stock levels.
Process Optimization:
• Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and suggest improvements to streamline processes.
• Participate in implementing technology solutions to enhance supply chain operations.
Requirements
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• With 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Able to start work within short notice.
