Position Overview
The HR Intern will assist with various HR functions and initiatives, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations. This role offers valuable, hands-on experience in HR processes and projects, providing a solid foundation for future career growth.
What you will do:
1.Talent Acquisition Coordination:
· Interview Coordination: Support the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate a smooth hiring process by managing interview scheduling across Hiring Managers / interviewers and candidates with minimal scheduling conflicts.
· Candidate and Stakeholder Management: Provide quality stakeholder and candidate experience by ensuring warm and tight follow-ups with candidates and clear communication with Hiring Managers.
· Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including managing internal processes and trackers for job requisitions.
2.Campus Recruitment:
· Liaise with schools on requests for internship recruitment.
· Manage the end-to-end SEA Internship process (mostly Singapore and Malaysia office) including internship postings on school portals, screening, interview scheduling, and internship offer.
3.Employee Engagement:
· Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies.
· Analyze employee feedback and propose actionable improvements.
4.HR Technology and Innovation:
· Assist in evaluating and implementing HR tools and technologies. Conduct research and prepare reports on HR best practices and emerging trends.
· Recommend and support process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
5.Ad-hoc Projects and HR Support
· Be involved in any other HR projects that may require their involvement from design to implementation stage.
· Provide additional support to the wider HR function and assist with ad hoc projects and processes
What you need to have:
· Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and develop Talent Acquisition skills as well as other HR skills – interviewing skills for junior hires, candidate and stakeholder management skills, HR processes and projects
· Meticulous with a keen eye for detail and is process-oriented
· Demonstrates flexibility and good organizational skills to effectively handle mid-high volume of administrative tasks and processes
· Excellent communication and analytical skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Able to get onboard at the soonest. Available full-time or part-time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, starting from Dec 2024.
