Responsibilities:
• Manage M&E work with specialist sub-contractor and M&E coordinators
• Monitor the progress of work
• Supervise / preparation of shop drawings, as-built M&E drawings and O&M manual
• Manage and supervise in the administration / inspection of M&E work, handover of M&E services
• Ensure compliance with requirements of various authorities and specifications
• Coordinate technical issues with M&E consultants
• Coordinate all site matters with structural and architectural trades
Requirements:
• Relevant Degree recognized by PEB/BCA
• Diploma holders with extensive experience in construction projects can also be considered
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills
• Excellent project and time management abilities
• An effective communicator and has strong interpersonal skills
• Highly driven and able to work under minimum supervision
