Responsibilities:
- Use BIM to perform drawing and design work M&E work.
- Coordinate and liaise with project and construction team on submissions, updates or changes, and checking for clashes with other trades.
- Make the necessary changes in drawing as per comments given by project and construction team.
- Assist in maintaining BIM standards as well as workflow in accordance to company standards.
- Ensure accuracy of documents based on BIM Modelling.
- Comply with BIM Manager Execution Plan and BIM Project workflow criteria
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Possess Degree in related engineering field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in BIM for construction projects with at least 5 years' experience in Singapore
- Prior experience with MEP and M&E drafting required
- High proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software
- Able to work 5.5D and immediate starters / short notice only.
