Job Title: Account Manager/Sales Consultant
Location: West
Working Hours: 9-6pm (Hybrid)
You will work in the Software Department and assist the presales and delivery team to create holistic solutions that not only addresses the requirements of clients but ensure the Return on their Investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new software sales opportunities through creative and out-of-the-box thinking
- Be responsible for lead generation and activities that drive demand generation
- Analyze market dynamics, explore and generate new business opportunities using different channels to achieve company sales, profit targets
- Meet with potential clients and utilize expertise, contacts, and client knowledge to create unique proposals that result in client buy-in
- Establish, maintain and grow relationships with customers (decision-makers) and vendors
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets for the Software Department
- Reporting sales metrics such as projected sales forecast and pipelines
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, tenders and contracts to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
Qualifications / Experience
- Be a good communicator (eg. explain complex topics in simple terms)
- Knowledge and experience in Software Solutions, a passion for technology
- Good writing, conversational and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Genuine interest in sales, strong relationship builder
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
