Responsibilities
PART 1
Site supervisor’s job is to assist Project Manager or Superior to hit site completion targets. Supervisor must know how to read drawings, plan his works in sequence and in advance, planning days before hand:
· Work scope to be carried out;
· How to carry out the processes;
· Procure required materials & tools in advance;
· Request for manpower in advance.
PART 2
Daily duties include:
· Briefing leaders/workers on their work scope;
· Make sure safety measures are carried out;
· Ensuring works are carried out expeditiously;
· Check their works;
· Make sure works are completed as planned.
PART 3
· Properly protect works done;
· Check and rectify defect if any;
· Debrief leaders/workers on their works.
Ability to nurture effective professional relationships with staff and clients.
Strong project management abilities.
Confidence to thrive under pressure.
