GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Manager (PM) is in charge of planning and coordinating all the activities of a project from initialization to proper completion. Working with site supervisors, the PM job is to ensure that works are carried out in accordance to specifications in the contract and/or specifications provided by designers /architects / engineer.
[Project type involves flat renovation and construction of landed houses (turn key from foundation to interior finishing)].
DAILY RESOURCES TO MANAGE/COORDINATE:
Tool box meetings, safety briefing, tools, equipment, leaders and workers (x 70 paxs), transport, store, fabrication factory & carpentry factory, stone factory.
WEEKLY RESPOSIBILITIES:
To carry out random site inspection ensuring that project plans are carried out properly and schedule is on time. Meeting and debriefing supervisors and leaders. Project administrative works.
Candidate must have the ability to nurture effective professional relationships with staff and clients.
Strong project management abilities. Confidence to thrive under pressure. Should have at least prior min 5 years' experience.
