Location: Redhill
Duration: 1 year contract
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary Range: $2700 basic + incentives (tiered up to $2400)
Average monthly gross salary is $4100 to $5100
Responsibilities:
- Follow up and convert motor insurance renewals for existing and new customers.
- Cross-sell other general insurance products to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the Salesforce system.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the coworkers/ insurers/respective stakeholder to develop strategies for revenue growth.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in any field
- Minimum 1-2 years’ Motor insurance experience with other General insurance products knowledge
- Candidates who possess BCP, PGI, HI or ComGI will have added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
