Job Description:


•⁠ ⁠Client management and sales – client prospecting to identify their needs and creating suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements

•⁠ ⁠Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations

•⁠ ⁠Be accountable for increasing revenue and securing sales to achieve sales targets

•⁠ ⁠Provide professional customer service, client support and recommendations

•⁠ ⁠Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

•⁠ ⁠Proposal writing, quotation, invoicing and payments

•⁠ ⁠Events planning and coordination – liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the creation of a successful event programme

•⁠ ⁠Assist in refining the company’s sales strategy and processes

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with Marketing team to suggest new marketing strategies and promotions

Requirements:


•⁠ ⁠At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (events and/or hospitality sales will be preferred)

•⁠ ⁠Meticulous and great attention to details

•⁠ ⁠Highly organized with good time management skills

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills – verbal, written and presentations

•⁠ ⁠Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

•⁠ ⁠Proactive and can solve problems independently

•⁠ ⁠Work well with others as a good team player

•⁠ ⁠Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)



Benefits:


•⁠ ⁠Total Salary Compensation = Basic Salary + Attendance Bonus + Sales Commission

•⁠ ⁠Basic Salary Range: SGD 2200 to SGD 2800 per month depending on qualifications & experience

•⁠ ⁠Sales commission and incentives (uncapped - the more sales you close, the more commission you earn)T&C applies
