Location: Redhill
Duration: 6 months contract (convertible - perm)
Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
- Assist on accommodation bookings/pick-ups for VIPs from overseas
- Making lunch/dinner reservation
- Maintain contacts information on Outlook
- Scanning of documents for e-archiving
- Disseminating signed documents
- Filing of documents
- Handling of incoming and outgoing Mails.
- Provide support on company events
- Assist on preparing and distribution of hampers and gifts to business associates
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Executive Chairman
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma or Degree with some administrative/ secretarial experiences
