Role Overview:
At Big Wall, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent products and services that provide real value to our clients. As a Director of Sales, you’ll ensure successful project setups by maintaining our high standards
You will work closely with company directors and the client servicing team to build project implementation proposals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, deep product knowledge, and a passion for meeting new customers and building strong relationships at all levels.
As we expand, we are thrilled to welcome a seasoned Sales Director to our dynamic and growing international team.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Achieve a realistic monthly target of leads via meetings, calls and emails
- Set, track, and follow up with potential leads
- Develop scalable sales strategies and optimize pricing models
- Manage the full sales cycle—from qualifying leads to sealing deals and onboarding
- Recommend and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas for new features or products
- Brainstorm new ways to attract prospects
- Support brand-building efforts and enhance market presence
- Assist the client servicing team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery
- Represent Big Wall at business and networking events, meetings and pitches.
- Develop a strong understanding of our digital marketing services (training provided)
- Provide clear client briefs to the client management team, outlining goals, expectations, and business requirements
- Bi-weekly sales reporting
- Passionate about helping SMEs grow

Credentials:
- Preferably have direct sales experience ( not mandatory)

- Basic Salary: $1,100 - $1,300
- Commission Component: 15-20% for each closed deal (Estimated amount between $1,800 to $1,300 per deal)
