Role:We are seeking a sales driven Business Development Associateto manage the entire Recruitment Lifecycle.
- Cold calling potential candidates
- Sourcing candidates through various channels
- Screening and evaluating job applications and resumes
- Shortlisting candidates for preliminary phone screenings
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Conducting reference and background checks as needed
- Facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates
