Job Description:
- To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
- To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
- To supervise and manage all related matters with regard to the day to day activities with the objective of meeting the schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
- Prepare daily progress report and work schedule.
- Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced.
- Able to work independently and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
- Must have experience with managing workers and able to arrange works for workers.
- Coordinate with client, subcontractors, and workers to execute project tasks effectively.
- Ensure all equipment is functional and properly maintained.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff or newly recruited workers.
- Resolve conflicts among team members to maintain a positive work environment.
- Other work-related duties as and when required.
Requirement:
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
