What you'll be doing
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for local and remote users, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Monitor and maintain end-user devices, including installations, configurations, and updates
- Manage IT assets, including tech refresh, preventive maintenance, and software licenses
- Oversee procurement of IT equipment and software, ensuring efficient processes and vendor management
- Maintain accurate asset records and ensure stock availability for end-user computing needs
- Support the implementation of new technologies to enhance system efficiency
- Perform additional IT tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Diploma level and above in Information Technology
- 1 - 3 years of experience in providing IT support to end-user community, preferably in Healthcare
- Proficient in task tracking and resolving minor IT issues
