Scope of work:
- To attend to enquiries including walk-in, call-in and follow up with customers’ enquiries;
- To attend and keep a record of sick/injured students;
- To manage incoming and outgoing mails
- To assist in receiving and distribution of goods;
- To assist in filing, recording of lost-and-found items and perform other ad-hoc and simple administrative duties as and when necessary
Qualifications, Skill & Experience
- ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level;
- Is able to speak English and Mandarin;
- Possess a pleasant personality and ability to provide front desk services including phone enquiries;
- Able to use Microsoft Office software applications;
- Should preferably have similar working experience in a school environment.
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
