- Oversee daily operations of the building.
- Room hygiene inspections, facility inspections, inspection of carpark and perimeters for cleanliness.
- Liaise with vendors and billings with accounts.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of facility
- Address guest complaints and concerns.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
