Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and understood
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to support decision-making
- Analyse current business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives
- Create detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and user stories to communicate project needs to the technical teams
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
- Identify potential risks to business projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
- Ensuring that solutions meet the business requirements and function as expected
- Conduct research on industry trends, market changes, and competitor strategies to support the development of business strategies
- Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can be leveraged to improve business processes and outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various levels of the organization
