· To perform troubleshooting ,inspections and examinations.
· may require to contact customer via phone or sms to provide quotation for out of warranty repair and update repair status should there be additional fault or for fault verification.
· Repair and replacement of defective parts, components or upgrading softwares to rectify the fault.
· To conduct maintenance checks to ensure quality and efficiency of devices
· To meet all required repair KPIs.(eg. Repair turnaround time, quality of each reapir…etcs)
· Adhere to OEM and Company’s SOP to achieve KPIs and repair processes
· To churn daily productivity reports as required (including reporting of common faults found iduring diagnosis or repairs).
· Ensure technical table are neat and tidy before leaving.
