Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members, including managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and project information
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, summarizing key metrics, performance indicators, and other relevant data
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timelines are met and resources are effectively allocated
- Facilitate clear communication between departments, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project statuses and changes
- Oversee office supplies and inventory, coordinating orders and ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace
- Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes and workflows, making recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all business operations
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with a proven capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools and CRM software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
