JOB DESCRIPTION
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster conversations to build a vibrant community
- Share user-generated content, encourage participation, and highlight community contributions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support social media campaigns and promotions
- Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent content posting
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of community engagement strategies
- Gather feedback from the community to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer service improvements
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the social media community
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance community management efforts
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse online audiences
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
