Role Overview:

As an Intern - Business Development Manager (Recruitment), you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. This internship offers hands-on experience in business development and recruitment strategy, perfect for individuals eager to kickstart their careers in a fast-paced startup environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Research and identify potential clients in the recruitment industry, focusing on IT, finance, and manufacturing sectors.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with HR managers, recruiting authorities, and key decision-makers.

Market Analysis: Conduct industry research to understand trends, challenges, and opportunities in the recruitment market.

Proposal Development: Assist in preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to align business development efforts with company goals.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate business development efforts, providing regular reports to the leadership team.


What We’re Looking For:

Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.


Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Traits:

- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in taking on challenges.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
