Job Description:
- To assist Managing Director to lead construction team and fabrication team in ensuring smooth execution of work.
- To ensure safe work procedures are implemented at all times.
- Conduct regular site meeting with our team and liaise with the main contractor with the safety and site regulation issues.
- Require to monitor closely on projects operation and completion within project schedule and cost and to consider on construction methodology implementation and feasibility study of construction sequences.
- To update daily on the project progress report to the team and Management and attend site meeting and monitor daily work process.
- Organise resources (e.g. manpower, machinery & equipment, work materials) for projects.
- Other related duties to be allocated in line with the progress of the project.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant local work experience in structural steel work/construction industry.
- Experience in MRT project would be an advantage.
- Possess the leadership qualities and able to lead a team.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Selected candidate is required to work for various sites in-charge.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am to 5.30pm, Saturday: 8am to 12pm (Entitle to 1 Sat Off per month)
