Responsible for assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating the overall clinical practice setting and standard of care for patients requiring community care and supportive/palliative care in NNI. You will work closely with all grades of nursing staff, physicians, inter-disciplinary team and community partners to provide optimal supportive to our patients. You will act as a clinical resource person to nursing staff in the management of patients and manages a practice caseload in Neuroscience. You will adopt evidence-based clinical practice, teaching programmes to nursing staff and community partners, provide resources and comprehensive patient education programmes to patients, families & public.
Requirements:
- Recognised General Nursing qualification and registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Degree in Nursing or Advanced Diploma in Nursing or its equivalent in the area of Neuroscience specialty is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical working experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Experience in community nursing and/or palliative care is preferred
- Possesses good communication skills and a good team player
- Able to work at various NNI campuses
